A Darker Fairytale

Step into a darker fairytale…

Deep within an enchanted forest, beyond the twisted trees and beneath the shadow of a distant castle, a familiar story is waiting to be discovered.

Snow White, created by Sam Laing for Relatively Thoughtful, is a sumptuous dark-fairytale papercraft collection filled with romance, mystery and just a little danger.

Built around a striking palette of deep crimson, black, antique gold and aged parchment, the collection combines dramatic Gothic imagery with beautiful vintage details. Crimson roses, gleaming apples, mysterious ravens and ornate mirrors appear amongst distressed papers, antique script and richly patterned damask.

The collection contains atmospheric backing papers and scenes together with an extensive selection of characters, decorative elements, ephemera, journaling pieces, tags and sentiments.

Throughout the collection you will discover Snow White, the Queen and the mysterious old woman alongside poisoned apples, roses, ravens, crowns, mirrors, castles, keys, bottles, books and many other beautifully detailed elements ready to become part of your own story.

The combination of elaborate statement designs and quieter distressed backgrounds makes Snow White wonderfully versatile for cardmaking, art journals, junk journals, scrapbooking, mixed media, albums, tags and other papercraft projects.

Create something dark and dramatic, romantic and mysterious, or simply lose yourself amongst the beautiful florals and vintage textures.

The story may be familiar, but this time we're taking the path through the darker side of the forest.
